Don Pedro, like most of the neighbors in La Soledad, was born into a family of small coffee farmers. He owns a small plot of land, less than a hectare in size, where he works while respecting the natural conditions of the terrain. His land is located on the slopes of the mountains in the Sierra de Chiapas, within the Soconusco region.

La Soledad is a beautiful hidden place nestled within the grandeur of the mountains and the beauty of the clouds, at an altitude of approximately 1700 meters above sea level. To reach it, one must cross rivers and climb narrow trails until arriving at this paradise. The area is rich in volcanic soil, with an ideal climate and vegetation for producing coffee with spectacular flavor and quality.
